About Us

The Environmental Governance & Change Lab is a collaborative group of researchers at the University of Manitoba working at the intersection of environmental change, governance, and politics. We use theoretical and methodological approaches rooted in values including equity and justice, and accountability. Some of our areas of interest include climate change and justice, environmental sustainability and governance, knowledge co-production, water governance, resource development, and water security.
